Smart systems. Your way.

More real work.Fewer little tasks.

Copying data, searching for files, chasing updates. With outdated software and disconnected platforms, keeping track of the work can take almost as much time as doing it.

I build custom business software and connect your existing tools. So information lives together, recurring manual work disappears and your team can get on with the job.

No obligation. You don’t need to know what should be built yet.

Work directly with the maker. From understanding your business to designing and building.
THE SAME WORK. BETTER ORGANIZED.

One change. Everyone up to date.

  1. Update the schedule in your system
  2. Shared information is updated too
  3. See what still needs doing
From three manual steps to one shared update.ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE

Less copying. Less searching. A clearer overview.

EXPLORE THE POSSIBILITIES

The work around the work. That’s where your time goes.

You don’t have to be growing to feel this. Even an established business can lose time every day to systems that don’t work well together.

01

The same information. Entered again.

A change is in the inbox, but still needs to reach the spreadsheet and your other software.

Duplicate work and room for errors
02

It’s all there. But where?

A customer file in Drive, an agreement in email, the status in an old program. You rebuild the overview yourself.

Searching instead of moving forward
03

‘Do you remember how this works?’

A few colleagues know all the workarounds. Without them, checking or figuring things out takes longer.

Unnecessary reliance on others

When information and processes connect, your team has more room for the real work.

From everyday hassleto useful tools.

Sometimes an integration is enough. Sometimes you need your own system or a new website. I help you work out what will move your business forward.

THE MAIN OFFERING

Custom business software

Your information and your work, together.

Scattered files, an old intranet or software you keep working around? A custom internal platform, dashboard or tool can bring your records, scheduling and daily processes together.

  • Find the complete record without searching around
  • See the status and next step of your work
  • Enter information once, where it’s needed

02 / CONNECT & SIMPLIFY

Integrations & automation

Your tools are useful, but you still do the work between them. I connect existing software and automate recurring steps, so information moves without copying and checking.

Keep what works. Remove the manual work in between.

03 / A STRONG FIRST IMPRESSION

Websites & portals

Need a distinctive website that represents your business well? I design and build it from scratch. Also for portals where customers, partners or talent submit, view or update information.

Thoughtful design, with the functionality you need.

The person behind Kreativ Systems

The person behind Kreativ Systems

Understand your business first. Then build the right things.

I look at how you work: where information arrives, who needs it next and where manual work keeps appearing. That produces a focused recommendation: what to keep, connect or replace, and how the daily work could look.

You speak directly with me, including during design and development. We review the direction together and improve in short steps. When a project needs other expertise, I bring in someone from my network.

01

Look at the work

We discuss your daily work and look at examples of the information and systems you use.

02

Review the direction

You review the recommended solution and proposed design. Together we set the scope and priorities.

03

Build & try it

Your team can respond to what’s being built along the way. We can adjust before the whole system is finished.

04

Put it to use

We prepare the information, guidance and transition. Maintenance and further improvements are covered in the project agreements.

Custom software becomesa realistic option.

A system of your own can be a worthwhile investment for a smaller business too. Especially when it solves a clear problem and we start with a focused scope.

My efficient workflow and AI-assisted development help me build and improve focused solutions faster. A well-defined first version makes clear what you’ll receive and the investment involved.

Technology speeds up development. Understanding what you need determines the value.

What does this mean for us?

Do we have to replace everything?

No, replacement isn’t the starting point. A useful first step is to look at your existing tools and way of working. An effective tool can often stay and be connected. Replacing it should bring a clear improvement.

How is the investment determined?

We define what the first version needs to solve. The proposal describes what will be built, the integrations needed and what is outside the scope. Expected hosting, software and support costs belong alongside development costs in that overview. Specific amounts follow the exploration.

Can we start small?

Yes, a first phase can address one process, such as bringing records together or removing duplicate entry. That phase should be useful on its own. We keep potential extensions in mind without building all of them immediately.

What happens to our existing information?

First we identify the information you need and where it lives. Then we consider what to connect, transfer or clean up. A trial with a limited set of data helps check the approach. We plan the transition around your daily work; the specifics depend on your current systems.

How much time will our team need to invest?

The most useful input comes from the people doing the work: showing how it happens, sharing examples and reviewing whether the design is usable. One point of contact can collect that feedback. Timing and preparation depend on the size of the project.

What happens after launch?

Project agreements describe who handles technical maintenance, how you request help and which costs continue. They also cover access to the system, data and code. Support, costs, access and ownership are agreed in the proposal.

Tell me whereit gets stuck.

You don’t need to know what should be built yet. Tell me how you work and where time or clarity gets lost. Then we’ll explore a useful next step.

A free first conversation: understand your situation, identify the main bottleneck and explore the possibilities together.
